Could the shades of blue be due to sunlight and fading? It doesn't look like a Kipling to me really, though it might be genuine and possibly made in a different country or perhaps seconds? You could email a pic to Kipling and ask....?

Sorry, it looks fake. All backpacks have monkeys. The buckle looks cheap too.

If anyone's looking for a small, no frills bag, Amazon have the Party BP shoulder bag. 4 colours all between £15+ and £17+. Good price for a Kipling!

These have shot up - now £25+ to £35+! Expensive for a basic looking bag.:(

    Thanks All
:) Yes when I tuned in & actually viewed it, That fabric would never of been back pack, the zips didn't have ends, The horrid 'buckle' when Kipling would of used a velcro fastening, the 3 shades of blue & no label, well the inside label was on the outside :o:o:o

I'm Dad sitting at the moment so I wrote a note out for my Mum to get me a refund on the bag. I know only £3 but - eugh :p:p:p FAKE :p:p:p

Not had one but similar to large Alvar - though that has to omain top pockets and this only has one.

Size wise this is 4 litres and large Alvar is 5.

Alvar is a great design - holds quite a bit but is flat to your body if emptier. Black looks lovely. £55 on Kipling website.

Found my black Ashlee on Vente-Privee! Only ordered two bags - very restrained!
