I got that email too. Not happy but there is nothing we can do. One of the bags I ordered was for a birthday present but it may well end up being a Christmas present instead. At a reduction from £120 to £22 I can't really complain too much

All, I had the same e-mail about the delay to my Vente proved delivery, but have just had another saying my order has been despatched. The delivery status is also updated on the website.

Well happy as one was a birthday present that's already late.:j:j
