Could anyone advise me of a good over the body Kipling handbag?
My Mum who is not a fan of handbags mentioned she now needs to get a handbag but wants something small and 'with it' that goes over the body. Only needs to be small for purse, phone and not a lot else really.

Off the top of my head I had the name Alvor pop into my head but think if I go to Birmingham tomorrow I will try to pop to the Kipling shop but they won't have all the ranges there and I'd look to buy online as better prices often.

    Thanks in advance:)

Can't really offer advice about small bags as I seem to be needing bigger and bigger these days... but this is the Alvar. I think it comes in 3 different sizes, this is the link to the small one. Some of the colours are only about £22

Thank you - that's the one I was thinking of - I have to have bigger bags for work - my current kipling handbag fits my tablet in but I still end up with a lunch bag and often a shopper bag for folders :o

I've just found a Zamor kipling bag on house of Fraser website in the sale - this looks even smaller - Mum hates bags but really needs one as pockets are not the safest security wise for phones and purse - so the lighter the better. I reckon Mum might like the Kipling bags - they are so good.

Looking at them I think I could do with one for work as I can't wear jeans at work for decent pockets for phones and purse - a really tiny bag could be very handy - this is why I try not to look at Kipling bags online :rotfl:

I've ordered a purple one to collect tomorrow - well impressed I can order until midnight to collect in store tomorrow!

Will add the link in case anyone is interested as House Of Fraser have a bag sale on with lots of Kipling.

The Cayleen is a lovely little bag , it has an inner zipped compartment for a purse and keys and open pockets either side . There is an outer flap that goes over .

Not been on for a while but for anyone wanting a decent sized across the body bag then the Orleane is just fab! I bought the dazz dark beige one which is a lovely neutral colour for £24 (£30 but used the 20% clothing voucher).

It arrived today and I love it. It's a great size and has a back zip pocket, a front flap with another zipped pocket on it, an open pocket under flap as well as the zipped main compartment with inside pockets, key fob string and zipped small pocket.

I'd like it in true blue as well but it's double the price and can't justify spending that at the moment. The dazz dark beige goes with anything so happy with that for now :)

Advice please, I have a 23 kg luggage allowance to New York (trip is still 3 months away) and not sure what size suitcase to buy. Teagan or Darcey and Medium or Large, or any other suggestions very welcome

A Youri 68 would do very well! It's lighter than the suitcase I usually take and a bit bigger with 4 wheels so much easier to get through the airport (23kg will pull at your arm quite a bit with two wheels)

Ordered a new bag from Amazon - the Vecka, which has just arrived. Really pleased with it, like the colour (sort of metallic pewter), the size and the different compartments including slots for cards. This will be great for nights out and holidays. May get one in another colour if I see a bargain! Only downside is it's gone down over £1 since I ordered it.
