  • Hi,

This is my first post from a fellow Kipling fan, although I only have 2 at the moment, Oriele and Defea!

Looking for suggestions for a new bag. I am looking for a cross body for a trip to London later in the year. Suitable for carrying a small digital camera, purse, sunglasses and phone, perhaps a bottle of water. Wanting something easy to access (for me, but not thieves!) Would take my Oriele which is my usual day bag that I love, but I sometimes find when it is quite empty it bends around my hip and is a bit difficult to fasten one handed, say if I had my camera and a map in one hand and wanted to zip it back up.

Was thinking about the Caylene but that has a zip and a flap to wrestle with one handed!

Don't really have any big Kipling stockists around here to view any and not seen any in TK Maxx for ages now. Wondering if they are not getting them anymore, as none on the website either.

    Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Hi Crafty my fave kipling bag of all time is the Reth http://www.amazon.co.uk/Kipling-Multiple-Waistbag-Convertible-K1397584H/dp/B00J118NGM/ref=sr_1_2?s=shoes&ie=UTF8&qid=1430644952&sr=1-2&keywords=kipling+reth

Has 4 zipped compartments and an internal zipped pocket. 2 main zipped compartments, 1 separate zipped pocket at front and 1 small zipped compartment on back. It looks and feels compact but holds loads.

The Reth is one of my favourites too, I have two.

A pink breast cancer one from QVC and a plain green one. Both are lovely and hold a lot more than you think, without being big and bulky.

eta: ooooh, I think I need the purple Dahlia one!

Ooh thanks FloFlo, I quite like the look of the Reth. I think the one which came up on your link was actually the Multiple, which also looks quite good. :) Choices choices

Succumbed to buying a Halia from Amazon £36 the other day.

    Amazingly versatile bag

A4 size. Has 2 big zipped pockets & a big open middle compartment that poppers together.
    Usual key lanyard etc
    and a shoulder strap
and the sides popper together too

I really like the Halia Snap :). That was a great price, sadly it has gone up now.

I have just treated myself to the Erasto N as a gym/ flight bag.

The true blue is £38.92 just now:
