Hi Whitesatin, I was exactly the same - bought one from QVC and just used it all,the time. Didn't really know about this thread then or the Amazon Deals. Wish I had stayed ignorant. I didn't even know the name of my bag - just that it was a OTO and I happened to,turn on tv at that moment!
I saw one on EBay a few weeks ago and now know it's a Cusoe. It has only recently started showing a few signs of wear. What one do,you have?

Sorry about all the commas IPad seems to put them in indiscriminately!

I had to take a look on Ebay to find one the same, bellajack. I think it is the Elodie, in grey. A smashing little bag.

I decided to send my Syro back as it was a little small for me - lovely bag but I do carry a lot aroud with me.

The returns process was easy - I'd never used it before but printed my sticker off and took it to a collect plus point at a garage. Got a message to say my refund was approved about ten minutes later.
