Sooo annoyed with Amazon, returned an item and they have charged me almost £7 for return postage, vat, handling fee etc:mad: I didn't know this and would never have ordered it or returned it if I'd known about this. Most upset.

Go on live chat, tell them you want a refund of the postage, I always find if I am insistent with them on the live chat they eventually give in
