I received my black Defea from Amazon warehouse. However I will be returning it. The straps had lots of yukky looking marks. I carefully sponged these off and then realised the zip was faulty. I have never returned anything before and want some help please. I found the print a label bit, but will need to do this at work tomorrow as my printer is out of action. It came in a plastic posting bag which I had to rip to open, not an Amazon box. What do I return it in?

To compensate I have ordered the port red Defea at £35

I've had some horrors from Amazon Warehouse, including the shorts with a 6 inch rip in them and the Kipling bag that looked like someone had been using it for years, complete with used tissue!
It doesn't matter what you send it back in as long as it is adequately packaged - doesn't have to be the original plastic mailing bag.

I'd return it in any bag you have - or wrap in brown paper - doesn't really matter - I try to keep plastic delivery bags just in case.

Thanks Scaredy Cat.(I think! lol) Just bought the Elizea in port red. Had decided not to buy any more this year unless there was a deal in that colour and a style I liked.
