when I returned my Scipio the other day - I had to take it to a Collect + store where they scanned my label & barcode I had printed off. When I got home I already had an email from Amazon saying they had acknowledged my return :eek:

Re Returns - if you buy from Amazon which offers free returns you have two options - either print a free return label or pay postage and they will credit you - with about £4.49 I think.

I always print the free label - pack it back up and give the postman so I don't even have to leave the house - though to be positively safe you should go to a P.O. for cert of posting.

Still waiting for my latte Fairfax and I have a feeling it might not arrive as its been since the beginning of Feb. Shame as I returned a beige one on the strength of this order!

I did ask if I could have a different colour but they said no.
