I just got the lacquer black Gracy too - it has reappeared, it wasn't there earlier. You don't need to negotiate the discount on live chat because the code for 20% off is in a box at the bottom right of the screen on which the bag's displayed. Brought it down to £16.25 - very happy. Thanks OP! :T

Got my Kipling suitcase today & it's actually bigger than I thought but still very happy with it for the price I paid.
