I don't have a line print but it's next on my list;) I have a reth in flower print that I love but just so that you know the trim and long strap on the flower print isn't black like it looks on some photos it's more of a dark purple. I do really like the flower print though.:D

Thank you flo flo purple strap sounds nice

Thank you. Wish they had the very berry in Elsie as I think that's the bag I'm going for.

I also like the line print any opinions? My son told me to get the flower print

That's gorgeous, you should go with what you like best. I did get the Delena in Flower print (still £29.05) and I love it.

When I first got it I was a bit like oh purple, thought it was black but it is now my favourite bag and I don't think I'd go back to a plain black bag now for everyday.:)
  • I want a patterned bag next, I fancy the line print if can get a bargain.

Wasn't sure about the flower print. Thought its a summer pattern, but altho I wear pinks, I also have quite a few clothes in lime/cream/beige and a lot of my tops are patterned, and didn't think the flower print would go so well. What do you all think, do you try and colour match bag to outfit?

Maybe I just need to buy more bags .......

Thank you Floflo. Now I know I am not alone ;)

I have never been very interested in clothes, bags and shoes ... until my wee kipling obsession started :o

I would like a turquoise bag and am still torn between the Alvar and the Reth. I like quite a spacious bag. I bought the Alvar duo for my holiday and found it good for that, but tend to carry a lot more on an everyday basis.

You lot are tempting me again :o Must stay s-t-r-o-n-g!!!!

Anyway just thought I'd post to let you know about that bag I bought through ebay that was listed as new but when it arrived had a mark on it and loads of receipts in. I returned it and I've been keeping an eye on it as the seller re-listed it as 'used, but only once' (yeah right :wall:)...

well it's sold for £1 MORE than I paid for it when it was listed as new!!!!

Just goes to show how these bags keep their value. You know really, we are just being sensible and buying investments! It's probably just as secure as buying a bar of gold to stash away for the future ;)

Same here Prudent, tbh I hated bags and it was a denim kipling I bought for holiday cheap from TKmaxx several years ago that got me interested. I like Radley bags but don't own one, they look nice but not as practical or hard wearing as kipling.

Well the Reth does hold more than the Alvar.
    Alvar large - 5 litres.
    Fairfax
5 litres - not sure which one this is.
    Enora
    - 6 Litre
    Orelie
    - 6 Litre
    Reth large
    - 6.5 litres
    (Other sizes on first page).

:rotfl: that is funny. When looking again at the flower print I was thinking same not sure it would go with what I wear. I tend to stick to dark colours like the true blue I love that although I did buy Mitchell blue and love it
