1. This draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over except for employees and families of Hawes & Curtis, Jersey Boys London, their agencies or anyone professionally involved connected with the promotion.
2. No responsibility is accepted for entries which are illegible, or lost and/or delayed in transit. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
3. Entry is made by completing an entry form in-store including name, full postal address, e-mail address and a daytime phone number or entering online at www.hawesandcurtis.com/competition.asp Entry into the competition implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. No purchase necessary. Closing date for entries is Monday 10th December 2012.
4. The overall winner will be the first entry drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date. Overall winner will be notified by telephone by Monday 17th December.
5. The main prize consists of: Flights for two people from London to New York, two top price tickets to see Jersey Boys on Broadway and three nights stay in Novotel New York Times Square hotel. Hotel accommodation is for two people sharing a twin or double room on bed and breakfast basis subject to availability at time of booking. Two return economy flights are direct between London and New York airports based on availability at time of booking. A pre-theatre dinner selected by promoter and two New York tour passes. Travel insurance not included, we advise that the prize winner arranges suitable cover before departure. Tickets for flights are subject to the airline’s terms & conditions of travel.
6. Prize does not include transfers to and from the airport and hotel. The prize winner must make their own travel arrangements to and from the London airport. Additional charges such as exit taxes, room service etc. are the responsibility of the prize winner.
7. Prize to be taken between 23rd February and 30th June 2013 subject to availability of tickets, flights and hotel.
8. There is no cash alternative to prizes. Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize (or any part of it) for a prize of equivalent monetary value - if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
10. If any event prize is postponed for any reason, the prize will be valid for such other date on which the event is rescheduled.
11. If the event is cancelled, the prize will be null and void.
12. If a winner is unable, or does not want for whatever reason to accept a prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another eligible entrant.
13. Promoter will not disclose any personal details to third parties (unless required to do so by law) and personal details are used for the purposes of administering the competition prizes only.
14. The Promoter makes no guarantee about any aspect of the quality or performance of the prizes.
