•The prize consists of two Economy Class return tickets London to Prague on Lufthansa German Airlines and 2 nights hotel accommodation at The Augustine Hotel, full use of concierge and spa facilities during the stay: arrival 21 December and departure 23 December 2012.
•The competition closes on 30 November 2012 and the winner will be provided booking instructions via email by 1 December 2012. The winner must then confirm passengers names, book both flights and accommodation by 5 December 2012.
•The tickets include all flight taxes and charges.
•There are no cash or other alternatives.
•Winners are responsible for any tax liability accrued as a result of this prize.
•All other costs are the responsibility of the passenger. Travel insurance, spending money and transfers to and from the airports are not included. We recommend that passengers obtain their own insurance.
•Tickets and hotel accommodation are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
•In the unlikely event that passengers are downgraded or offloaded due to high load factors, they will be responsible for any costs incurred.
