    I like the idea of going to the coast (sorry ZTD, didn't mean to sound as if I was criticising your suggestions :)), just thinking whether people would really be willing to travel that much when it actually comes down to it. A beach party would be great though, especially if the weather was good.

    Manchester is the most central 'northern' place I can think of - but no donkeys there either.

    I wonder if any of the theme parks would give discount for a large group booking?

    Im working in cleethorpes at the moment lol

    Bit boring, but there are arcades, sand and lots of pubs here so im sure if it was midweek i could be persuaded :)

    Yes, something to 'do' would be better than just meeting at a random point in the country - otherwise it will cost us a fortune in beer money, sitting drinking in pubs. Beer and sandwiches on the beach would be better!

    Tell you what you can all come to my house.. I'll get a kiddies sand pit and some cheapo tesco value lager and we can all sit in my hole of a back garden and pretend we're at the beach and get drunk.. hell I'll even get Ste to dress us as a donkey so people can ride him...

    I was just thinking that IA's garden looks big enough for a BBQ (from the photos she posted the other day (I haven't been round like a stalker and had a look or anything lol)......and isn't she located fairly centrally??.......hmmmmmm!!
