itv.com, stv.tv and u.tv all linked?

I've noticed that Itv competitions are now also showing you are able to enter via STV.TV and U.TV. Does anybody know if when you enter via the non ITV ways do they know if you have entered any other way?
I mean could I enter 3 times via ITV the 3 each via STV and UTV with the same details?

No you cannot, they just provide a link to take you through to the competition page on itv.0
