how long will cheesecake last?

I was just in Morrisons and found one of their New York deli style cheesecakes reduced down to £1.49. Not the sort of thing I would usually by but thought I would treat myself. However, it says use by today. Is there any reason why it won't last until tomorrow? It also says you can't freeze it? Is there any reason why this is so?
thanks for any help in advance.

It will be fine to eat tomorrow and most likely tuesday and wednesday too
The reason it says it cannot be frozen is because it has been frozen before. I sometimes freeze things that say they cannot be frozen, and they have been fine.0 -
