I got one of my orders today - but it's not the one I really wanted. The order I placed first and last are still processing but the money has been taken from my bank. Fingers crossed!

I have spoken to customer service today, they know about the code anyway.

They said that basically their system is just having trouble catching up but my orders are all fine so not to worry, i'm pretty sure everyone will get their orders. :j

I wouldn't worry. I have orders that I placed earlier in the year (without code) that are still showing as 'processing' even though I received them months ago!!

I am so cross :mad::mad::mad:
I opened my front door today to find the smaller second order I placed dumped on the step where anyone could have walked off with it and my first big order nowhere to be seen, I checked the tracking and both are marked as being left in a secure location at the front of the house! there is no secure location!
I have called Boden and they are going to look into it and have said I will be able to get another order if this one doesn't turn up BUT half the stuff is now out of stock and will they honour the replacement at the glitch price? I'm livid!
