Sorry hope i have the correct forum
I was on a designer clothes website tonight and noticed that there was a pink t-shirt priced at £0.00. the white one in the same design was priced at £45.00
i thought this looks interesting. there was one of each size available in stock so i purchased all three at £0.00 with an £8 delivery charge totalling £8
i went through the checkout and paid the £8
a little while later i have received this email.........
Thank you for placing an order with us this evening.
There appears to have been a slight technical problem with your orders, as you were not charged for the tops (!)
We have immediately refunded the £8.00 postage you have been charged and apologise for the inconvenience....the tops are in stock, and should you wish to order them, please do either online or by phone or return email.
Many thanks
do they have to still send me the tops? or are they correct in saying i cant have them for nothing?
was there not a contract in place when i checked out and paid the delivery charge?

If it's an error the don't have to send you them and they did the right thing in refunding your postage costs straight away.0
