Two ideas for you.
One is a Capital one no hassle platinum card which has a really low rate.
You will need an Egg or MBNA card to move the money from the Capital one card to your current account though. See the credit card boards for details.
Otherwise you need a loan with no repayment penalties.
These are few and far between but Barclays offer them. Rates for low value loans aren't great though.
