Oliver Blair and Scott

My loan has been defaulted over to Oliver Blair and Scott. This happened over a month ago now, possibly two.

Every time, I try to phone up I always end up in the same situation. They ask for my Name, DoB, Postcode but can never find me on there system. They've not sent me a customer ID at all.... Which leave me in a very tense and stressful situation, which is as follows

My loans defaulted
I now have funds to try and pay back what I owe.
They took my loan, but don't have my details
So they debt I have is just sitting there
I'm unable start my repayment plan.

I spoke to a Lady, who I have to say was extremely snotty and unhelpful. I explained this is happening. Who in turn said there is nothing Oliver Blair or Scott can do.

Could you go back to the original lender who passed your debt on and see if they can give you any info? They must have records, account nos. etc.
