what are my options?

Hi all,

Im currently on £20000 a year salary and i am looking to get a mortgage for around 115000-125000.

What realisticly are my options (if i have any).

I am looking to do it without any deposit.

My girlfriend is currently a client of cccs paying off her debts, would this affect us if we went for a joint mortgage.

    Hi

Yes your girlfriends credit status would affect the mortgage product you would get but there are lenders who would do it

secondly, on 20k a year you would be lucky to achieve 100k, particularly without deposit, involving girlfriend may be the only option

On £20k you are not likely to get that high

With your gf, it will help, but remember 100% mortgage have pretty tight underwriting so even with her income you may struggle to get a 100% mortgage

Best bet is to get a fee free whole of market adviser to help out

You can try friends or family, if they have had any experience - recommendations are always good

    Yellow pages can help also
