Thanks for the post but no confirmation for the entry?
As the form changed into black screen top of the form? Do it mean it my form sent off ok or what?
ETA: I had to clicked on 'full version' at bottom and fill it again then it disappear,, pray I did not sent more than one as usually rules not allow it
