recommend built in oven

Hi all looking to replace a bu.ilt in single oven which we have had for a number of years. I want one that I can just unpack and plug in, just like the one it will be replacing. However a few of the models I have looked at say they must be hard wired and I do not want to go down that road as I know it is not necessary for all ovens. Therefore does anyone have any recent puchases they can recommend? many thanks.
