Bit of advice needed on Credit Reports...

Hello
I hope I'm not being ridiculously blind here, but after going through every bit of the Credit Score page I still can't see what I need to find out.
Basically, my credit rating was all in all great until I couldn't get out of my overdraft one month & got stuck there for 8 months or so. In this time (April) I got married (in a majorly cheap and cheerful 2 witnesses at the register office ceremony) and had a baby (also April *shotgunnnnn*) and my credit rating has now disappeared into the ether. I thought I had notified everyone, but then my new MBNA card came through the post a couple of days ago in my maiden name.... Lets call it baby brain but I started to have a poke around and my mobile phone is still in my maiden name too...
I've sent off letters to each of these to correct this, and the good news is I definitely remember changing it on my electoral roll in August time. I have been accepted for a 0% card in the meantime so things aren't that dire, but the limit was half what I needed soooooo something isn't great.
I tried to apply for the Noddle credit report but they couldn't 'verify' my identity...
To my question(s):
The good news is, I need no new credit etc; so this isn't urgent... but I do want to build up my credit history again to the glorious level it once was.
Thanks for any help or advice you can give

To my question(s):
- How do I contact the three credit agencies to check that they have my new name? Can I email them?
- What do I say?!?! I'm like a nervous schoolgirl asking Experian on a date..:rotfl:
- How long will it take for name changes etc to take effect if they haven't changed my name on the reports?
- Once MBNA & the mobile phone have my correct name, how soon will this be put across to the credit ref agencies?
The good news is, I need no new credit etc; so this isn't urgent... but I do want to build up my credit history again to the glorious level it once was.

To my question(s):- How do I contact the three credit agencies to check that they have my new name? Can I email them? IF YOU GOOGLE 'EXPERIAN', 'EQUIFAX' AND 'CALL CREDIT' FOR £2 YOU CAN APPLY ONLINE. EQUIFAX IS IMMEDIATE, EXPERIAN YOU HAVE TO WAIT A FEW DAYS FOR A PIN TO COME THROUGH AND CALL CREDIT IS IMMEDIATE

- How long will it take for name changes etc to take effect if they haven't changed my name on the reports? UNSURE, A FEW MONTHS MAYBE. YOU HAVE TO PUT IN YOUR CURRENT NAME AND OTHER NAMES YOU'VE BEEN KNOWN BY IE. MAIDEN NAME
- Once MBNA & the mobile phone have my correct name, how soon will this be put across to the credit ref agencies? I DON'T KNOW, PROB FEW MONTHS HOWEVER IT MAY JUST HAVE YOUR MAIDEN NAME NEXT TO IT AS THAT'S THE NAME YOU OPENED THE ACCOUNT IN
