    I too got the email asking to fill in details again although it did have name and part postcode wierd but hopefully on its way now.
    Aint got a signature - as I cant think of anything world wisely to say.

    I had the email requesting address details...just deleted it as thought it was a bit fishy??

    Have just tried link above....it lets you fill out details but says 0 samples left??
