If after 2007 they dont need origional signed agreements, the proof that owed is the statements. default is also valid
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

im not sure thats entirely correct as if that was the case they would have sent me some reconstructed document and demanded i carried on paying but they have said quite the opposite.

regards to the default.. if they havent the relevant paper work and havent sent me any letters regarding it, then how can they just go and slap a default on my account with out informing me?

im going to offer to continue paying as long as the default that was wrongly placed on my file is removed, or i will continue with what arrow global are telling me to do and just not pay them.

That is what I would do after re reading all this. If they want money, remove the default, if they wont do that tell them to go swing. Be careful how you word the letters though!

If you want some great advice on unenforceable debts take a look at the forum

I cant post the link as its one of the banned ones but you will find loads if ex mse ers on there fighting dcas. In fact i would suggest you visit and post this very question as Arrow Global wont know what has hit them, you may even find the default removed and not paying them. You never know but you will need guidance.

Good luck and let us know how you get one
