Hi All,
Some of you may remember me from many moons ago.
Had a really rough 12 months..and now that things are "settling down" I want to try and get my head straight for 2013.
In a nutshell: left my husband in April 2011, had a meltdown, got diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia in November 2011 (still trying to find a med routine which helps) and my life basically revolves around finding the strength to go to work (shifts with no pattern whatsoever) and come home absolutely exhausted. The only shining light at the moment is my new partner - he's an absolute rock of strength and support and has "picked me up" on more than a few occasions.:o
My overwhelming problem is the onset of the health problems, which are majorly exacerbated by stress (from work and finances) and my attitude towards money. It scares the living hell out of me. Unfortunately, due to my job we are subject to security clearances and any negative financial situations have to be disclosed and explained
I know I need to do an SOA, but a the moment, I can't think straight due to the pain!
Just wanted to come out of the shadows and say "I'm ready for my lightbulb moment!"

Hi Tang
Welcome back. Sorry to hear you are not well. Tackle your debt and offload your worries on here, and you will be surprised at how less stressed and more in control you will feel. Hopefully that will then help your health improve..
When you are ready, post your SOA and me and the other (much more experience posters) will try to help.
Glad you have now got a supportive partner to help you through xxx

Thanks Steph.
Unfortunately alot of my debt I have now is due to my ex husband's greed. He's now living the life of Riley whilst I'm left carrying the can.
But at least I'm no longer stuck in a one-way relationship;)I am not a complete idiot - some parts are missing;)0 -

Morning Tang,
Its terrible having debt, ESPECIALLY when its not your debt. But if there is no way of passing it back to him, here is a good place to be. Get this sorted and then you can forget about him completely and you will be free.
Hope the pain is abit better today xx0
