It has came as no surprise from reading this forum what has happened to me.
My original debt with MBNA was sold onto Aktiv Kapital in April just after MBNA defaulted the account. MBNA showed as satisfied on Noddle and no reference to Aktiv till this month, and guess what? They have re entered the default date as October 2012!!!
Cheeky b***ers, have emailed Noddle but will I have to email the 3 other CRA's?

hi fermi, MBNA defaulted account 30/04/12 and transferred debt to Aktiv Kapital just after. AK have actually been good not a peep from them.*Rock Bottom - Aug 2011 :eek:
