Bought the new Kitkat Chunky peanut butter bar today and it has notice of winning a 4 finger normal kitkat with no purchase necessary in addition to a 1 in 7 chance of winning with the wrapper itself (if you win all you have to do is hand the wrapper over to the outlet to get the free kitkat)
