Creditors Making Settlement Offers

It annoys me this, What do you do? Like tonight, I was talking to MBNA about my card and the wifes, I owe £700 or there abouts they made me an offer £200 if I pay tonight, and the wife owes £1600, made and offer of £600, I told them, its not that we have money and aren't paying, its the fact we don't have any money, and with this she dropped it again to £500:rolleyes: again if I settle tonight.

I've had these with all my creditor, blackhorse recently made me an offer £180, I owe them £900,

All well and good, but they are missing the point, I can not afford these offers, I have a really really bad crdit rating so can not get a loan from anywhere, Its a shame, I owe about £17k, If I took all there offers into consideration I'd owe about £3k max:mad:
