Clearing my overdrafts advice

Hi guys. Ill get straight to the point here.
I have 2 overdrafts from when I was a student in 2010. One from ulster bank for £1890 and another from HSBC for £950. For 14 months I was on job seekers and so had problems paying these back, as a result they went to the banks collections departments and I have been paying £5 on the HSBC and £15 a month on the ulster bank for around a year now however the interest on these cancel most of it out.
A few months ago I got a job (thank god) and now I pay £46 a month for student loans also. I am so fed up of talking to these collection people discussing cash flows I just want these paid off! The ulster bank one is priority as they do hassle me the most.
So can anyone advise me how to get rid of these as my credit rating is in the dumps, I'm almost 25 and want to start improving my situation now. I earn 22000 a year if that helps.
Can I ask to lower my student loans do I can pay these off or possibly get a 0% apr loan to pay them at once? Any assistance welcome! Thanks

Best place to start would be to complete an SOA http://www.stoozing.com/msoc/soacalc.php - others will then be able to see if there's any room for cuts to help clear the ODs quicker.Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)
