business mortgage

Ive seen a building with 3 bed room flat upstairs and shop downstairs.
how do i go about getting a mortgage? (Ive about 25% of the required amount)

  • About 30% - 40% deposit under a commercial mge - which will have a payrate circa svr & 1.5 - 3% depending upon the business to be ran from shop.

    A business plan will be reqd to support affordability, which may also include independly earned income.

    You need a commercial broker, or approach your bank in the first place to sound it out, which shouldn't incur an initial fee (may save you one if this is a no-goer).
