Advice credit card debt

Options
I've had two credit cards, paying a set amount through a management plan i set up. I'd like to clear both cards and have some cash but it isn't enough to clear all of both cards. Does anyone know if I will have to pay the full amount owed on both cards or can I ask if I can clear the debt with a reduced amount?
Can anyone help please?

If by management plan you mean you are making reduced payments then I am assuming your creditors will be open to discussing with you the possibility of making a full and final settlement to clear the debt. I don't know what percentage of your total debt would be an acceptable offer but I'm sure others will come along who know better.
