Hello!
To try and cut down on costs for Christmas and maybe make a little extra dosh I'm selling/giving home made treats. I want to present them in jars like the kilner / la parfait jars but they are so expensive! The cheapest I have seen is around £2.70 a jar. I don't need them to be those brands but I'd like them in that style.
Does anyone know where to buy these kinds of preserving jars frugally?
Thanks in advance

A$da sell them in sets of 3 550ml for £3. They also do do a 1ltr one, but can't remember how much, nowhere near as much as you've seen them for though!

Thanks for those! I was hoping to get glass but realise that might be what's pushing the price up. Will check out if my local Asda has them!0

If you have an Ikea nearby, they sell glass Kilner style jars. I see them being used a lot at my local market to sell homemade goodies in and have bought a couple, decent quality.
Website says the 500ml is 75p and the 1L is 80p, although you can only buy them in store. They have even bigger sizes as well, up to £3 per jar.0 -
Found various sizes in the 99p store today - including with coloured glass.0
