I am not the best cook but said I'd take the dessert to my in laws for xmas day this year. I would like to do something homemade and was thinking of maybe a christmas pudding cheesecake (basically a basic cheesecake but break up pices of christmas pudding and fold through the cheesecake mixture.) Do you think this would work? I will buy a back up pud just in case

I make cheesecake every year for xmas day. There a lots of recipes on the good food website but basically its basic digestive biscuits or malted milks and butter for the base. The topping is cream cheese and melted chocolate. I change it slightly each year. This year is milk and dark chocolate cheesecake with a a hazelnut base.
The main reason I do it is that I can make it in advance so it saves stress2013 Free Money - £363.44 Topcashback
