Tile and Grout Cleaning

We were thinking of getting our Tiles and Grout cleaned. A local guy has quoted £175 for 35 square meters.
Is this a good price - has anyone any other recommendations for companies?
Thanks
Joseph

Have you tried this spray: http://www.lakeland.co.uk/20284/HG-Mould-Remover ? I find it does a great job of removing mould from grout and making it white again, and it takes no elbow grease at all. I just spray it on, use an old toothbrush to make sure the grout's covered, leave it 15-20 min and rinse off.
Cheaper than what you've been quoted, so might be worth a try.0 -
Another vote for the HG mould spray - it is great stuff!0

Where can you get it in N. Ireland as the add says they don't ship to over here.
Hold that, I've just googled it and found it in Homebase and B&Q.0 -
Lakeland sell it as well. They have a shop on Boucher Road.0

Guys
Ended up using a company called http://www.cm-cleaningservices.com/
They were very professional and as my wife and I have a young baby they were very accomodating - they did it at a time to suit my wife and the wee one and were very mannerly according to my wife.
The moved all our furniture for us and re-grouted bits they couldn't clean.
They are coming back today for an inspection.
Overall worth the money especially coming up to christmas and saved a lot of elbow grease.
I know this is a moneysaving forum - but time is as precious to me!!
Thanks for the replies on the cleaner - I will buy some as well.
Cheers

Just an update.
I bought some in B&Q and tried it last night. It is amazingly effective on both the grout and the silicone sealant. There is still some staining on the grout, but I only had a short time to try this. I will give it another go at the weekend when I have more time.
But its fair to say that this is the most effective thing I have tried to date.
Gives off a lot of fumes though, so make sure you have the area well ventilated.0
