I think they are getting a bit scarce, I had codes for studio and it came down to £143 but they aren't delivering til 21 December which is too close to Xmas for me to take a chance on so I ended up getting mine from amazon, I don't think you'll save much as amazon set the prices and at least if you get it from amazon you have no middleman if anything goes wrong with it :-)
  • The camera is really only for Skype, though I believe you can download a camera app to take pics... would only be of yourself though!

Thanks, I've been holding on for ages but I think I'll have to bite the bullet. I was thinking of getting one from Argos then at least I will get a £10 voucher to spend for spending over £100.:)

I have ordered mine (supposedly next day delivery which HDNL failed to deliver and am now on day 2 of waiting which isn't good!) but I also almost got mine from Argos until I read that Amazon have extended warranty up to the end of january so if you don't get on with it or are buying as a gift you can send it back unlike with argos as it is exempt

John Lewis have reduced their Kindle Fire down to £109 (same price as carphone warehouse) and you get their 2 year warranty included.
