4. It can only be used on First bus routes in the following regions – York (city), South Yorkshire, Greater Manchester and West Yorkshire.
5. Only one voucher can be used against each ticket purchased.

Note that First Group are currently in the process of selling off some chunks of the First Manchester operations to Stagecoach, so act fast if your local operations are being sold off in the next couple of months.

When I click on the claim your voucher link in the email, all I get is "Bad request". Anyone else having problems with this?

I tried to use mine last night on First Manchester, The bus driver did not know anything about it and just let me on for FREE and gave me the printed voucher back.

My dads a driver for First Leeds, I get the bus for free because of this anyway, but he came home and handed me the card leaflet with the details and said to get a couple for my friends.

The bus office in Leeds is handing these leaflets out so most drivers should know about them by now.

My voucher got refused today in South Yorkshire. The driver said it only applied to certain bus routes (and named them) but not mine. Doesn't say anything about that on the voucher! I think he might have been getting it confused with another voucher that's in circulation.

I usually walk to work and am annoyed as I had waited so long for the bus, I had to pay for a ticket as I'd run out of time to walk! I know a bus ticket is not that much money but I wouldn't have got the bus if it wasn't for the voucher.

And I was looking forward to the treat of getting the bus to and from work for a day!

I've emailed their customer service department so will let you know what they say. Won't hold my breath though!

Used ours in Greater Manchester with no problem, the bus driver read it, then printed out a ticket
