If I have created a car insurance quote via SAGA outside of quidco can I now go via quidco, retrieve the quote, buy and still get £37

Yes you should be able to do that. It should then track the transaction...although to be sure you could start over again!

I signed up with Quidco at the beginning of the year and set up a PayPal account at the end of January. I clicked through for Lloyds TSB Home Insurance with a cash back payment of £150.

I got an email from Lloyds on 6 Feb saying that my home insurance with them had been set up. I have not received any payment from Quidco and there is nothing showing on Quidco at all. How long will this take??

Make sure you clear cookies first though as you have already visited the SAGA site before. If you don't, there is a good chance that the cashback won't track.

Thanks. I made quote in Firefox and am going to use Slimbrowser. I trust this is okay

If there is nothing showing on your "Earnings" page, then it has not tracked. At the bottom of the earnings page there are some options; third option is "Missing or Incorrect Earnings", click on that, then on "Missing Transactions". You can only make enquiries for transactions in the last 3 months.

There is some text about enquiries, then at the bottom "Submit an earnings enquiry" There should be a drop down list of Merchants - find Lloyds TSB, highlight it, click Next. You should then see the time and date of when you did the transaction, keep following the on-screen instructions and submit the enquiry. You may need your Lloyds TSB policy number.

If it doesn't appear there, I don't know what you need to do !

There is a long Quidco thread in the Referrers section of this site, where "Quidco" sometimes responds to members' questions, and other users may be able to help.

The advice about clearing cookies first is very important!

Have you done an earnings enquiry through Quidco? Barclays won't be able to help, your cashback will come from Quidco.

How do I turn cookies on and off for using Quidco,I`m on the Quidco page now and it says"Cookies are disabled on your browser" But I dunno where the cookies are on the browser to turn them on?
