Check with your local morrisons first...they are doing starter packs for £19.99 in store where they still have stock. Worth a phone call to check.

Oh thank you I will call into Morrison's first. I am totally new to skylander I know you can buy additional figures but take it this pack has everything you need to get going I'd hate to buy it to discover I need to buy extras.

Please could someone give me quick lowdown on skylanders my 5yr old has put it on his Xmas list as his friend has it but I am worried there is fighting in it as I also have a rather impressionable 3yr old!

My son has just had skylanders this morning for his birthday I think there will be some fighting in it as each figure has their own particular weapon or skill x

theres nothing nasty about skylanders however its aimed more at 7-10 age group..the starter pk is all you need but you can get other characters to play with but its optional.
