Beauty bag winners no wems?

I was just looking at the winners page on Womens Own for this comp

and iv'e seen my name as one of the winners but i swear i was not sent a wem,there were 80 prizes each worth £256.16

They said on their FB that the winners were just announced on the list - no mention of WEMs.

Thanks for the link. I've just checked & my name appears as a winner of the Monsoon coat from 23/10/2012 (unless it's someone with the same name). I haven't received anything yet - here's hoping...

I missed out on a prize from them as I didn't spot my name on their FB page - they said that their Ts and Cs stated that prizes had to be claimed within 2 weeks........

Just wanted to say though that I've noticed each magazine does things differently and even then each prize is notified in different times within the same magazine. I've won several times from different magazines. For example today I got a WEM from Woman's Own for a competition that ended 1st November so based on that, as the beauty bag ended 2nd November, I'm assuming people who have won the beauty bag will be told tomorrow.

Hopefully they have - this was back in May that I missed out.
Their message read:

Hi Elizabeth,
Thanks for your email.
I'm afraid the cut off for claims for that competition was in early June. We do state in the T&Cs in the magazine and on Facebook that all claims must be made within 2 weeks. Sorry about this and do check the Notes section of our Facebook page regularly to check if you're a winner. We've got some great competitions coming up.

There aren't any competition winner details on their Notes page since September so maybe that when they changed and started notifying people....

If we don't use Facebook (I don't) - does this mean we have to check the winners list - anyone know? These aren't Facebook comps so it doesn't seem 'fair'.
I can't find anywhere on the website that says how to contact them so if I did see my name on the list how would I contact them.... confused:o
Can anyone advise me of an e-mail address - wouldn't want to lose out on a Monsoon coat.
