  • You could check this on the goverment website. Also, do you have this surplus money as per your SOA? If so, you could be debt free in 2 months without the need for a loan

    I will use a benefit calculator online. Also, the problem is, the PayDay needs to be paid this month :/ Which is what made me think about the £1000 over a year idea.
  • Sorry - the SOA still isn't right .... there's things from the original one missing in the 2nd one eg groceries.

    You have a surplus - use this to clear the PDLs - consolidation is NOT the way forward .....

    was gonna say use this and cut down on groceries from the £200 u had in there however just noticed uv changed this

    Ok, get over to the old style board. £200 is a lot for 2 people when you are considering taking out another loan.

    If your OH doesnt work and is a student doesnt she get LEA type money? Could she be making food from scratch/ ingredients to save some money?
