Aqua card collections

Does anyone have the freefone number? I seem to have lost it in the reams of paperwork i have.
They have just rejected my proposed DMP payment and i need to shout at them.

    Thanks. It didn't get me directly to collections but they transferred my call.
    They were no help at all.

    Would be better to write anyway. Should you need to take it further and make a compliant to the FOS etc, then written evidence is better.

    StepChange are advising me. I am just going to pay what was offered originally.

    Aqua were the most difficult of all of my creditors to deal with and I have dealt with a lot. In the end I took my complaint to The FOS and won.
    It took a few months but it was well worth it in the end as I managed to pay back quite a bit without the added hurdle of interest.
    However 2 years down the line and they seem to be playing silly !!!!!!s again, by changing my statement date to 16th monthly without any notice, meaning that my DMP payments are arriving late.
    When I originally started my DMP Aqua was part of Halifax but I think they are somebody else these days.
