Please could you tell me what you get if you order online. Is it an empty bear to take to the shop or is it a filled bear. Thanks0

They send a filled bear, properly packaged in the box, just as if you had been to a store and done it yourself. I *think* they even have an option where you can specify how full you want the bear stuffed (but not certain as it was a couple of years ago when I last ordered online).
It's a really good service if you can't get to a store yourself.

i got one earlier this year and as Scaredy Cat siad it came boxed. I didn't see the bit to mention how much stuffing i wanted - but it was lovely - and the box is inside a brown box so its not obvious whats inside if little ones might have beady eyes !
You can also fill in a certificate which they send just like instore if you get a bear.0 -
Thank you, that's my baby niece and god-daughter taken care of! Love build a bear, need to take a loan out normally to shop there though haha0

Don't seem to be able to fill in a birth certificate for this bear, it's not giving me the option to name it.

Anyone else having this problem?0 -
I think they may send the certificate in the box for you to fill in?" If cats could speak they would lie! "0
