BarclayCard - Robinson Way 75% Ready to be written off!

Went through a very stupid experience in the early 00's with money. But things are on the up. I've got a few PPI claims in the pipeline. I owe Barclays £5K and I've been paying them via Robinson Way £5.48 a month on a mutual agreement. This would take me at least 100 years to pay it off. But I phoned debt collector today, I asked them how much discount would I get for one of settlement payment. They said how much you willing to offer I said cheekily said £500, then they offered £2500, but they made a call, then they made an offer of £1250!!!!! Which is on the table when I'm ready........

Maybe counter offer with £750 or £1K. You never know.

Any update with Robber-son Way?
I sent off a F&F offer - 20% of what is owed. Interestingly they've come back to ask for an SOA so they can consider it further - at least it's not an outright refusal.
Hoping for the best!
