When we have wanted to contact the case worker we could never get to speak to her,we never got answers and never got a promised call back,now the case is closed they have phoned regularly saying there is some small arrears that they really need to collect ASAP and would we like to make a payment.Amazing how they can can find your number they said they never had and amazing how polite they can be.Well now you the CSA can wait until we are ready to contact you.Rant over.
