Setting up a small group pension

I need to set up a pension scheme for a small business. It will have 7-8 members and a monthly paybill of about £17000.

It is not for auto enrolment.

Employers contribution will be minimum 3%. Possibly more.

Can anyone tell me how I go about setting a scheme up please?

Spoke to Har Lan and SL but we will be too small for them to deal with.

If it is not possible - what do we offer to staff?
