You can get £1 off Scratch meals (meals designed by Michel Roux) at Sainsbury's Local's. £2.95 instead of £3.95 All you need is facebook and to like their page. For participating Sainsbury's check out their website.

I think you can use it more than once. I used it just now and, from past experience, the meals are amazingly good so enjoy!
