Does Asda have email address regarding job applications

My husband recently applied for a job at Asda he completed the application form and filled in the questionaire and submitted the form. The next day he received an email from the HR at oyr local store saying the job app had been received and they would be in touch soon, the job app was sent on 4/10/12. Since then he has had no response but keeps getting emails showing other jobs within Asda. He then rang the local store and was told they had no record of his application.Then he emailed the address the job offers were sent from but it failed to send. He then wrote a letter explaining what happened and enclosed a copy of the email he received saying they were dealing with his application, he has had no response. Does anybody know if Asda has an email address where we can contact the appropriate persons who deal with job applications or the HR dept for Asda. He thinks its a waste of time applying for new jobs at Asda if they are not being forwarded to the appropriate people even though they are still emailing him new jobs regularly.He simply wants to find out where his personal detials etc have gone. Thank you
