Which SIPP Provider would you recommend?

I have around £90K sitting in two Standard Life pension schemes, both from ex-employers. Neither fund has had anything paid into it for at least 12 years.
I'm convinced of the the benefits of moving these to a SIPP, where I can access a range of investments outside the SL portfolio.
My priorities are low cost, good online interaction. I'm likely to invest almost entirely in funds, am not likely to switch too often, and am unlikely to want to invest in individual shares, apart from the odd dabble perhaps. I'm not interested in anything more specialised.
I'm 58, looking to retire sometime in 2-5 years, I have a decent Final Salary pension from my current employer, as does my wife.
With this new SIPP, I'm probably looking for a Drawdown pension at the relevant time, unless Annuity rates have improved dramatically.
I'm struggling to choose between the likes of Hargreaves Lansdowne, BestInvest, Alliance Trust, Sippdeal etc. as my preferred SIPP provider.
Any advice? Low cost is probably my number one priority, as I hate the charges etc. that can be levied and reduce the size of my pot.
Many thanks in advance

http://www.cavendishonline.co.uk/pensions/self-investing-personal-pensions/ - have you looked here as well?
Don't forget the £20000 of secure income consideration. (Flexible drawdown). http://www.sipps-now.co.uk/flexible_drawdown.htm0 -
Thanks for the reply xylo.
Unless I'm misreading it, Cavendish's charges seem a bit higher than others, at least they appear more complex.
I'm a bit bothered by them paying interest on cash at base rate less one per cent. Base rates are at 0.5% aren't they? Mmmmm...0 -
A couple of articles that may be useful.

The Monevator ones are focussed on SIPPS for passive index funds- which is also my choice. For me it came down to Sippdeal or Bestivest and I chose the latter (better and clearer info and website)0 -
Thanks Snowcat - much appreciated0
