18.4.07 what small dfw thing will you do/have you done today?

Well, half way through the week already! Where does the time go
Anyway, why not let us know what small dfw thing you are doing today which in turn is forming good moneywise habits? This could be something you otherwise think of as being insignificant, such as taking a packed lunch to work, or succeeding in not buying that latest magazine, but is in fact just as important as those bigger things like posting an SOA or changing gas suppliers.
So, today I will be:
- doing my piggy clicks
- trying to find out if there is an alternative to buying a new laptop as mine is completely dead
- having storecupboard lunch and dinner
- trying for a NSD (with the exception of the laptop issue)
- sending everyone off to school with packed lunches
Have a good day and enjoy the sunshine everyone x

Today I have / will:
Make myself and OH packed lunch (i've resorted to leftover curry and a random bag of grapes / celery and 2 strawberries). He has a Kinder thing in his which we brought back from France. Very jealous.
Post eBay parcels using un-stamped stamps at work (using recycled jiffys)
Get psyched up for 10p listing day tomorrow
Take cardigan back to Dorothy Perkins which I brought for Holiday and didn't wear. Either full refund or buy some much needed undies

I've started designing this year's birthday & Christmas cards. There's bound to be a stationery sale at some point during the year, so I'll get the card then. I've already got a Dell inkjet printer from their sale months ago (£10 inc delivery, thanks to the Grabbit board), so I'll be using that to print them off.
I've also found recipes for onion bhajis. I love the things, but they are too expensive to have regularly, so I bought a bag of the flour from Tesco at the weekend, & I'll try making some later on today. If they turn out OK, I'll save myself a fortune, & I'll be able to vary the recipe to add cheap things like carrots & sweetcorn, or leftover fish. You can freeze them as well, so I can do a batch, then take some to work with a salad.BSC #53 - "Never mistake activity for achievement."
